Ordinary household and office belongings: clothing, linens, books, kitchenware, decor, files, small electronics. Keep out loose or poured liquids, uncontained food, hazardous materials, trash, anything with pests or mold, and sharp or jagged debris. Ordinary nonhazardous toiletries are fine if they are sealed and then placed inside a second sealed bag. The full list is on the rental terms page.
Return everything empty, with lids on, stacked together and reachable at your collection address. Routine cleaning and ordinary wear are included — you do not need to scrub anything. Write on the labels we provide rather than on the totes themselves.
You are not charged for preexisting defects or for something that fails during proper, ordinary use. If equipment is damaged beyond ordinary wear, lost, or not returned, we document it and explain any charge to you before it is processed.
Tote-rental customers can take $25 off a normally priced junk-removal job of $200 or more, or $50 off a job of $350 or more. Minimums are measured before tax and before the discount. One coupon per tote-rental booking, it cannot be combined with other discounts, and the pickup has to be completed by your tote collection date. Junk removal is quoted and scheduled separately.
